Our team is currently searching for Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECE)


  • Successful completion of Early Childhood Education Degree/Diploma from a creditable Canadian facility
  • Registration with the College of ECE
  • First Aid/CPR training
  • Knowledge of AECEO membership
  • Knowledge of the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014
  • Knowledge of the ECE Code of Ethics

  • Flexibility in terms of tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment
  • Ability to problem solve and be sensitive to the emotions of children
  • Ability to complete all responsibilities included when working in the playrooms, kitchen and office
  • Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach
  • Knowledge and comprehension of child development
  • Knowledge of techniques in how to successfully approach and work with children, parents and coworkers
